Continuing our Far East ranges, we bring your troops form the epic struggles on the Burma/India border. British and Indian troops held the armies of General Sato's last large advance to take British India.
A number of VC's were won in the fierce hand to hand that ensued around the Governor's tennis courts.
We start with British and Indian Infantry in jungle greens.
Our British infantry can be finished in any unit you wish, with or with beards. Bruce, our master painter, has a family connection with the 9th Battalion, Durham Light Infantry, in that his great uncle was their Medical Officer, Captain Frank Murray, RAMC, albeit he was captured at Tobruk when it was over run by the Italians. He was born in Burma, but missed the rest of the war as he was in an Italian and then German POW camp.
More Japanese, British and Indian troops will expand this range.
